I'm just gonna say that the variable nature of either gaining points or losing them is quite frustrating. You can easily be led into a false sense of security by gaining several million points and defeating every enemy along the way, yet all of a sudden, something as simple as a bee takes at least half your points away. This really should be fixed...
Not bad, though, I do have a few suggestions. First off, with the game over window, you should be mindful of the gradient of the background, versus the text colour, because for the message regarding zombies, it was hard to read the text toward the black ends of the box. Also, it would probably be optimal if you could somehow make the game arrow key usable, because this game wouldn't be very practical for someone who has a trackpad. Though, I do like the style of the game, and I think that with time, you can improve the graphics, maybe add a few power-ups, and turn this into a possibly badged game. Keep up the good work, Jon! 3/5
OK, plain said, this game is AWESOME! I like the chaos during each run, and just the fact that the giraffe is of soviet influence just makes it more entertaining. Good job, Armor Games!
I loved playing this game, it was so worth my time! The game was cute with its level design and notes on certain levels, and I think that making a cake is a win way to end this game. Also, the accompanying music was really nice too! 5/5 :)
Also, why make the dragon riding music so short? Even if that were on an infinite loop, I'd never get tired of it. Just think, you're riding a dragon through what seems like the destruction of the world, destroying anything in your path and with the utmost grace, dodging airborne debris and obstacles all while some awesome guitar riff plays in the background. :D
This was a very fulfilling game. It wasn't one of those cheap hard badges where you didn't have to do much to get it; it took a lot of time and effort. This is probably one of my new favourite games on Kong.. as challenging as it was, bullet hell games are always entertaining and I thought this game was well-developed. The in-game music was fantastic, and just the overall quality was really nice, and thank god it didn't lag me in the slightest. I also think that the development system in the game was very fair, and well planned out. Good job team, excellent game! 5/5
Screw Vegard's comment. Some of these people apparently cannot realize that this game is a stroke of brilliance. I mean, the way he sucks on her cheek instead of kissing her, man, I wish I could do that! Also, he sounds SO manly while he's kissing that drop dead gorgeous diva. 5/5!
I gotta say, this is probably my new favourite Kong puzzle game. I enjoyed the style of game play and the upgrade system was well thought out as well as the level patterns. The melodic music playing throughout the game was really relaxing and added to how fun the game overall was. Great job and thanks for entertaining me! 5/5
This is FANTASTIC, I've loved the entire series so far and when I saw this game today, I was like "SWEET". Seriously, you made a good day even better and I gotta say I really love the in game music for this game; it's very soothing and has a nice flow to it, perfect for the game play.
This game was kinda fun, but the movement really sucked because your guy keeps moving one way after you stop hitting the button, and I've tested this on other computers and it's always the same but the comedic statements made by the character getting owned almost made up for the crap movement.
Very good game! I was stunned when at first I heard Aqua Timez's "Velonica" playing as the title theme music, and the game didn't disappoint me at any time after that. I especially loved how the stories crossed (even though the title suggested it...), but you animated everything smoothly and the speech addition to the attacks made playing the game more epic, especially since you kept the original Japanese speech along with the subtitles. However, what I loved most was the use of both anime's music in the game; you added them in the right places which further added to my enjoyment of this game. My only complaint however is that the game was a bit short. Perhaps a sequel is possible? Anyways, great game! 5/5!
I very much enjoyed playing this game, and as aforementioned by others, the personal touches to player-controlled unit's abilities to expand or even mutate to then multiply and form an army of either variety or not is a genius idea for a game like this. Also mentioned is the issue of the speed of the game play, as when you get to further levels, you pretty much randomly click in a horde of your own units and you can still win, therefore making variety not as important. Perhaps if you sped down the game play, the effect of mutations and multiplication of the desired units can be more perfectly executed which essentially might make the game more fun. As for the custom level; I believe that was a very potent addition to the game as it provided me a chance to continue enjoying this game without the worry of having to repeat the main levels. and give myself potential challenges. Overall, very good game and I'd like to see this game become huge in time. 4/5
I gotta say, I spent more time playing this than I thought I would, and longer than I may have wanted to, but I'm glad I spent the time to play this game. This game pulled me in and I even played for a bit after I got the hard badge. The game style was simplistic but as they say; "simplicity is best" and this game cooperated with that concept. I would however would like to recommend that instead of the humming sound that sounds when you begin connecting to other boxes, that some form of instrumental music, maybe like a harp or some angelic sounding instrument? If you could do that, that would be fantastic! 5/5
