Once you pass the How To, then you should be able to live as a dragon, gain exp., and upgrade your dragon with powers(based on your starting breath power). About The Bureau of Steam Engineering: What you do is go to the Pipe Valves Tab. To set stuff, like the 10 and 40, go to the bottem right hand and click the whrench. Then click the Fuse Valve and set it to 40. Hope that helps. =3
