I honestly think he has just left multiple windows open for like two weeks. I don't see how else he could be getting so much so fast, but I'm pretty sure he's not hacking.
It has changed once since Halloween, will update again on Sunday.
I've already requested to the Kongregate staff that the score be removed, however I don't think he hacked the scores. This was my own fault, because when I updated the game there was a slight problem with the code that allowed such a ridiculous score to be possible. My humblest and sincerest apologies, kind sir.
