For the Bourgeoise achievement, I reset my upgrades to get rid of Homing Beacon, Rabbit's Foot and Rain Dance, thus making it harder to accidentally pick up a grey goose.
I didn't think of getting rid of the Phoenix Pendant until after I managed to get the Consolation Prize, which is okay since it wouldn't have been worth the time it takes: Dying three times in five seconds isn't all that hard if you try.
Suggestions for badges: "Back in my day..." (Easy) Reload a saved game after fully upgrading a weapon. "You've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?" (Medium, I guess) Fire a non-upgraded shotgun until it is empty. "I fail to see the problem" (Impossible) Play this game without realizing that it's too full of bugs for badges to be a good idea.
Finally finished Ping. I have apparently moved from "This is an interesting puzzle" mode to "I shall destroy you" mode. I suppose that's a good thing. ;)
Well, I can't think of any way to solve the last level with the hardware I have, so I'm off to a friend's house.
The Candle level was also annoying: Since I'm on a laptop with integral microphone, I could not see the screen and thus missed the visual cue that I was actually making progress.
