About me

I’m one of those “fabled” gamer girls that seems to mystify the male gaming populace. (Really, guys. We’re not that rare.) I love text MUDs, computer gaming, and video games, even (gasp!) action-oriented ones or FPS blasters. (Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3 are current favorites!) I tend not to enjoy them as much unless it’s on a console, though- something about keyboard + mouse kind of detracts from the playability for me. I’m a huge fan of escape games, puzzles, cats, weird foreign films, comic books, coffee, my Wacom tablet, Voltaire (the musician), pirates, Ren Faires, bellydancing, and even the quintessential pencil-and-paper RPG. I’m as close to being married as someone can get without a legally binding ceremony, and I have two small, furry, four-legged children who like to pretend they’re ninjas.
