Gornash is a tough customer becuase he has the Beholder, and increases Lizard damage with his card. I have perfect killed him though. In order to do this, you will need to play ther other enemies on levels 1 and 2 and build up enough gold to buy 4-5 massive expension packs. Likely by the time you do that you will have enough of the RIGHT type of cards. I will list two of my decks for you and tell you why they work well, and also whta you can substitute for the Legendary cards I’m using.
L=legendary R=rare U=uncommon C=common
Deck 1 – “Ranged”
- (L) Drawven Boon: Gold +150, no cost to play
- (L) Reaper’s Bounty x 4: Sould +25, no cost to play
-® Bag of Crystals x 2: Crystals +30, no cost1 to play
-® Coin Purse: Gold +60, no cost to play
- (U) Drawven Mine x 2: Gold production +3/sec, 50g 0s 10i 10c
- (U) Gold Mine x9: Gold production +2/sec, 60g
- (U) Crystal Mine x4: Crystal prod +2/sec, 80g
- (U) Iron Mine x1: Iron prod +2/sec, 80g
9x any archer or mage card from COMMON category, 7x any other mage or archer card from uncommon
Beholder, Bandit Sharpshooter, Lizardman Elder x2, Lizard Shaman x 3
*Rule#1 always play Gold mine if possible. Rule#2 if no Gold mine, wait and draw a card. Rule#3 If no gold mine, and can’t draw a card, play ONLY 1 card into summon area, then draw card. Rule#4 If no gold mine, can’t draw, summon area full, play Crystal/Iron Mine, or discard least useful card. Rule#5 It is extremely hard to beat the behilder unless you have one, or it is right next to your portal. In most cases, just take the hit! Rule#6 do no waste units trying to maintain portal HP. Let your portal go down to 50 hp will you increase gold production and such, then build up about 300gold and beginning summoning non stop.
Deck 2 – “Gold Only” (This deck owns!)
Gold mines are obvious, 1 repaers bounty, 1 crystal mine, 1 iron minr or Surplus requirement, 3 Dwarven mines, 5x Siege Engine, 2x Dark Merchant
5x Orc Scout (only costs 45gold 20summon)
5x Bandit Scout (only costs 55gold, 45summon)
5x Skeleton Archer (only costs 35gold, 30summon)
3x any low cost melee unit, more of the above is good
1x peasant
1x fire storm
1x toxic gas
1x deck master and decker
*Like before gold mine, draw, no cost cards take precidence, 1st card into summon area should be Orc Scout. Very cheap to summon. Build Gold prod, and have 2 orc scout or bandit scout in summon are. When beholder comes along, let it get to portal, then summon Orc Scouts and Bandit scouts to kill it. Amass 200 gold then send waves. Scouts moves at roughly same speed. Archers are good in packs, when letting one 2 scouts lead to take damage.
If you don’t have these cards, fight and buy them! The Orc Scout is the best card in the entire game.
