Ok, so if you want a forum thread telling you how to do it go here

But all you have to do is find the URL for the image, then you copy the link of the picture you want into your forum post, and you put a ! and another ! at the beginning and the end of the URL. Then tada, there it is, so if done correctly it should look something like this
