Idk but it normmaly works i know tons of people that have done it. Or ask to have your name changed just a little.

But if you check the comments, you’ll see that they want the game rating lowered, have protests, e-mails, etc. In other words, they hate the developers for having expensive things. Hence, if they hate the developers for doing that, why play the game they want rated down?
