I love td games, and I really love this one, in concept. I particularly like how, rather than passively collecting points to upgrade with, you have to actually collect items. These are by far the best graphics I've seen on a TD. That said, in terms of practicality, this game could be greatly improved. I particularly don't like the sluggishness of scrolling using the mouse. As others have said, the ability to lower the graphics quality would be nice. Very nice concept but could be awesome with the right tweaks.
I love tower defense games, in general, and this one especially. I really like the challenge of determining what type of towers work best for each area and I like the flexibility of being able to put the reinforcements wherever I choose. Thanks for a great game!
Every time my base has been attacked, I've been unable to locate the attacking player's base on my map. At least three of the attackers aren't even Kongregate members. This game is far and away too buggy to deserve badges.
I really think that informing people that buying an upgrade with coins requires assistance from their guild members BEFORE they actually buy the upgrade would be helpful. I just wasted a few thousand coins on upgrades that are useless because I'm not planning on joining a guild and therefore will never actually be able to use the upgrades. Arggggghhh! Not even going to bother raiting this game as I would now give it a zero.
I'm getting an awful amount of lag with this game. At first I thought it was my background programs but even after closing everything else down and restarting, the lag continues. Very frustrating, as something this simple shouldn't be a drain on system resources.
The max health of the zombies and the damage level for the towers don't equate. With 52 mx hp, it shouldn't take more than one hit by a tower dealing 100 damage.
I don't understand where all the negativity is coming from. Yes, the game is based somewhat on luck, but it's not difficult. Only thinga I would change would be the highly variably price for new depots and the part where it says "buy five depots for X$", but you only actually get one. I'd advise people to max their depots when they're cheap so you have storage space when those extra low gem prices roll around.
I can't figure out how to turn off the music and it's driving me nuts! I wanted to play while watching a movie on the same PC but can't hear the movie over the sushi cat music.
Things I dislike about this game 1) Inability to earn all the diamonds in game. 2) When you do a power smash, killer shot, or earn a trophy, the images that pop up cover part of the game screen, sometimes interfering with game play. 3) It gets very boring after a while. There's no variety. 4) Hard to time just right for the power smashes sometimes.
Things I like about it... 1) Pretty simple and doesn't require any thinking. 2) Entirely possible to earn even the hard badge without having all the diamonds.
This was fun and very cute. Didn't quite find all the mushrooms and would have liked the chance to go get the ones I missed instead of being trapped with the snake, but otherwise it was good.
