I bought them at Chapters (http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/home/), which is a Canadian bookstore. I’m not sure where exactly you would go to pick them up if you’re in the US or another country, but the series is somewhat well known, so you should be able to find a book or two at a big bookstore. The quotes/poems are mostly from Erikson’s Malazan Book of the Fallen, and Esselmont’s Novels of the Malazan Empire, with a few others from different authors (though I admit, I’ve more or less forgotten what books I took them from), and some excerpts from various essays I’ve written.
