Right, so i just finished it. I didn't complete the entire guide, it actually seems way too time consuming for my taste - even with walkthroughs! Another idea would be to be able to also give xp to your monster for money. or unlock aspects of the guide for essences (the thingies you pay for eggs)? Like, i can't spend an entire week to unlock all the drops of the map items - and i understand what i'm suggesting is unrealistic - but i think it would be cool to have that option. So when you've finished the game u can pretty much unlock the entire content and leave happy from here :) Anyway i don't care it's stolen from pokemon, seriously, i could even argue pokemon has stolen from something else and so on. ill rate it 4 for the time it took for no reason...
the emblems need to unlock powers - and i mean map powers - so that the game unfolds because of powers rather than story. u could kill the dragon and get -say- some winged item so now u can go to the sky tower. Also u need to make areas appear as they become known to us, rather than them sitting there but we can't access them. i know there is a hidden lagoon next to me, but i have to wait till the end game to go there - that's spoiling the fun. But i think most of all it's that towards the end-game travelling around should become less time consuming. I have all the money in the world, i don't need any more xp, i only need to get there and do the silly quest and it's really low-levels there so i'm not gonna die. so why waste a total of 27 days or something to pass through every little node and the same to go back again?? Also, the fire master had her winged creatures transport her, why can't we? Anyway that's all from me. bb
Awesome, thanks for updating and changing the "maniac" achievement. Now i only got one question. How to get the 500m in 30s in red planet achievement. I have all the latest equip, all upgraded, and my understanding is that i have to continuously boost (with the latest battery i can boost for energy) and i have only reached 440 in 30s and i ran out of energy. Which means i have to dig in a straight line and have energy bonuses collected by sheer luck ? (i also had the engine misc item fully upgraded - the energy misc item only gives 5k energy so it's just a bonus boost). Anyone got this achievement?
I think the "reach the core without turbo" challenge is bugged. The "core" is the last layer right? Well then i've reached it without turbo multiple times. But the game doesn't seem to ever register it.
once you get the minigun it's pretty much going through the levels until you get the cannon. once you get the cannon it's game over for the zombies for the rest of the entire game. but i fancied it, it was a fun break.
bug or something - when you've got more than one heart, if you lose one, press space and buy a new hero. you will have the bonus heart and all hearts you lost. i found it by accident when i was trying to "buy" a heart by buying a new hero when i had 3 hearts (and lost the two). i then had 4. worked well in the last boss (i had 4 chars, lost 3 hearts, bought the last char, then had 5 hearts)
5 days and my entire group died even though i had about 50 supplies. So why have the crafting system - harvesting system since even researching how to craft armor takes about 1 day. I would prefer if it wasn't 5 days or if the research took a lot shorter time. Actually it would be preferable to stop time and just tell us how much time it will take (like, this will take an hour with these survivors) and then be able to "pass an hour" or whatever. This way all fun is lost. Actually, i think most things are unfinished and i understand this is in alpha state, but alpha doesn't mean unwinable. It means that it will have bugs, or it might need rebalancing, or that the final product is meant to have more additions. "additions" mean "more interesting" or "more fun" - not "now you can win it" :P
rahryanrah it's in another universe which by coincidence has an earth an a kepler. The laws of physics there are different. See when you press "hire a crew member" a crew member appears in your ship when you are in the middle of uncharted space? Again, different physics. :P
I got a message that you upgraded the game. What exactly is different? Still no +10-10 thingie, still no toggle show/hide completed research button, actually nothing i've read in here has changed! so what exactly was fixed ? :P
Just one thing to think about: maybe when you don't press anything you can auto-block normal attacks (it happens in another game i played and it was an interesting mechanic) so you also look like a badass AND it's not as simple as it sounds.
good game but gets repetitive too fast. I don't know how to block attacks (i guess it isn't implemented although the demons do it). Upgrades needed (why else am i gathering coins?). Also sometimes the orb rope doesn't work. I'm close, mid-air, pressing x, won't create rope. Anyway, i'll rate it 4/5 because it's a really really good work.
I'm still only at 0.2% and it's extremely repetitive already. The cash income is extremely low and i can only spend it on 2 reset thingies. There should be a way to get a steady income differently. Then again, it wouldn't solve the repetition problem.
Man i'm stuck for hours. I think i've memorized every single place and still i'm stuck. I've tried everything everywhere (well i guess not) but i still can't progress. Is it possible to get stuck by a wrong sequence of usage of "consumable" items? I'm writing this in this way so as not to spoil anything
26775 final score final boxer, maxed out everything, went straight for the champion and won the rest of the fights there with massage thingies for the injuries. I still lost twice but anyway, i think that's about the max score you can get - even with the 2-3 additional victories the score wouldn't raise much more. However there are some stuff i don't get. For example, starting training from 0 with max equipment and at max % speed (which is 12%) you reach the level before last at 80%. Which means he will only train for 2 more days to reach max level. Something similar also happens with the techniques and i don't get it. It's as if we lose money this way. Another thing is the whirlwind technique. It seems like it's not affected by strength - i would do more damage if i never used it (although i did use it). Also, it seems you can't dodge whirlwind by using concentration. And as many people noticed, yes, the endgame is very boring. Anyway this is a very good start so 4/5 from me.
Are the devs even listening ? Will we ever see a fixed version ? It was all great in the beginning but once you get towards the end (unlock-wise, not gameplay-wise) everything starts bugging out. And for the boring part, you should be able to auto play stages. i'm like, mid-game, and i'm extremely bored i can't finish it.
