lvl 30 completed by making the left side of the box into a ramp triangle, and dislodging the bottom right corner to hit you up the ramp :D

Skidjump, walljump, doublejump. If done correctly you should automatically do a small hop to cover the remaining distance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCTDLiDtlrw

to get two coins near frogs you have to jump on the frog when it is jumping – then double jump to the right and you get them

To get the bird on level 1, there’s 2 ways, but I found it easier to skidjump from directly under the bird, then doublejump, and walljump your way to the top.
As for level 2, you simply don’t kill any critters and the pink bird will not fly away.
