There is no "best team", you just have very good teams like Barcelona and Arsenal. Generally most teams in the English Premier league are amongst the top.
This game sure feels a lot more luck based than the ones before. First off, why is pretty much EVERYTHING you need to progress based on explore skill? That...just makes the first like 10 mins of the game pointless, everyone has to do it the same...sometimes it takes a lot of explore attempts to find good stuff. and I feel sense of progression was really killed in the equipment. I found armour I was still using about 120 weeks later. More than one piece of armour. Progression? Hmmm? And some of the bugs are annoying...And Fine Blades is almost impossible to make money from.
If anyone is having problems with killing all the pigs, it is probably due to the plane's pilot drop. He counts towards the pigs you need to kill, and usually one always avoids EVERYTHING. Try removing the upgrade or getting the last one if you want to destroy every pig.

Why do my teammates seem to get WORSE with every league I go up in? 1st League they can shoot properly, after that they manage to miss the goals by 5 feet or/and they sent the ball into space.
"Sir, we made our fortifications, no-one should be able to get past us. Orders, sir?"
"Place explosive barrels at the base of your fortications, just in case!"
Collision is stuffy. While the enemies' missiles, when they contact me, do damage, my missiles are kind of stuffy as I've seen them glide right over the enemy and not registring as a hit...
I thought this game was going to have exploding green people =(
But on a serious note, the tutorial is lacking. It doesn't explain much, and it gives you a super base. It's sort of a surprise to start an actual game, and wonder why everything is building so slow and the creep is about to take over your base when you have barely started your defences.
