You can actually artificially boost your dollars per minute:
- Play in low detail
- Go to board select screen
- press high detail and watch your dollar per minute fly up
- Press low detail again to lock in at that dollar rate.
It's not just a display glitch. You actually earn the new amount.
Do not be fooled by this game's story. No matter what you do, you will get a bad ending. I played every possible combination. Until the final stage, all your decisions are essentially just "end now or end later?" because of how the story works. SPOILER ALERT *End of the story is either Robin literally enslaves the girl or the girl literally enslaves him. Not worth it.
Tried the game for a short period. Left as soon as I found you can buy a nigh-undefeatable god-machine with kreds. Only my first few games and I couldn't even make progress because of people using that thing. Terrible design. Please work on that.
There is currently a bug with gem finding. You can almost never find them on higher nodes. You can, however, seem to find diamonds off some nodes your autoclick destroys in a single click. Bug report sent to developer in a message. I hope this helps.
There should be an achievement for beating all the lag. Once these invisible bloons (what the hell?) ome up my computer lags too much for the game to even be playable. I sit and watch a nearly frozen screen until I get told to try again for failing to reach even bronze. Yayyyyy.
Really wish I could toggle the "fast" button instead of holding it down constantly. I can tell from how certain sounds loop while holding space that this is where a good amount of the lag is coming from.
Too many prompts to buy stuff from the beginning of the game.
I feel like these should come a bit after I've learned the full game, as I got aggravated and quit due to all the pop-ups that asked me to buy with tokens and mithril ingots so quickly into just starting.
