Instead of money, I think after each Stage increase, you unlock a new unit. First normal Officers, then SWAT, then Special Forces…etc.

some ideas for the next version: 1) add playable units, just wat you do in the game, wasd to move mouse to aim & shoot and r to reload, 2) put various caracters to select, like: ganster (equiped with uzi), civies(armed with nothing or a little pistol), swat (armed with mp5), military (armed with m16), or even farmers armed with double-barreled …
