I appear to be suffering from a major depressive episode at the moment.
Evidence:
- Lost of interest or pleasure in usual enjoyable activities, check.
- Lack of appetite, check.
- Chronic fatigue, check.
- Sleep disturbances, check.

’Don’t bother trying to cheer me up’

Okay, I won’t. I’ll just state my thoughts on this.

First, sex=/=marriage. Therefore, you could still have been born regardless of whether or not your parents got married.

Second, I am more worthless than you. But worthless isn’t a term that’s measurable-It’s a definite term. Therefore, you must have some kind of worth if I’m more worthless than you. Besides, I stole borrowed hijacked used your beliefs on how humanity works, and I avoid depression, despite lacking a father. Oh, and I had a stepfather who fought with my mother and abused her-But I was somehow detached from that. Then again, it’s not like I expect you to be. My beliefs tend not to carry any sort of impact on my thoughts as a whole.

Third, regardless if someone COULD do it better, they’re not. Hell, you say that I’d be playing better games. But I wouldn’t. What you seem to forget is that I only happened upon the FGF because you made a game. And within a few months, my writing has improved drastically. You understand, your making a game has done me immense good. It’s enjoyable as well as being good for my intellect. If you don’t believe making myself much better as a person is worthwhile, then what do you want? Do you want to become JESUS, and perform miracles on each of us? Do you want to bring my best friend back to life, make Minn female and give BSEE whatever that whacko wants? Because you can’t. It’s not possible. You’ll have to satisfy yourself with what good you’ve done already. And if that’s not enough, do more. If you spend your life working towards whatever amount of good you need, then that’s fine. If you don’t achieve enough good within your lifetime to correct the ‘mistake’ of you existing, then you’ve stopped existing, and it doesn’t matter any more.

But then, you as a mistake, what harm have you done, hmmm? Mistakes aren’t always bad, a large portion of scientific discoveries were ‘mistakes’. And probably the most important ones, too. I mean, we have studies like ‘The Shape of the Universe’. Again, if you don’t think you’re worth anything, then you can still prove that belief wrong. Use Phaeus’ drive to be >Einstein to do so. Instead of letting him express his wrath on the innocent.

Mistakes are forgiven all the time. But then, I doubt many people judge you as a ‘mistake’. And the universe itself doesn’t judge you as one, or you’d not exist. So unless you’re suggesting some other higher entity considers you a mistake, or you’re one yourself, I think you’re reading too much into things.

But then, it’s not like I’m trying to cheer you up. Feel free to just keep sitting in your depressive bubble of despair and misery for the next few days, and ignore the real consequences of your actions. Feel free to ignore the good you’ve done me and the rest of the people who play your games, and wallow there in your depression and self-pity. After all, it’s not like your mind is strong enough to break through depression. It’s a mental condition, after all, and there’s no way you can break through it, Phaeus. Eclipsis is in control, and there’s nothing you can do about it. It doesn’t mean anything that an inferior being like myself can avoid depression.

During my last depressive episode I was wallowing in self-pity, but not this time. Now I just feel empty, like I desperately want to hold on to something but there’s nothing to hold on to. This feels worse.
