Phoenix00017	Jul. 24, 2009 Your game Vengeance Rider has been removed from Kongregate. We do not permit stolen games on this site, and even though the artwork was clearly original there’s no question that the underlying code was either directly stolen or reverse-engineered from a JohnnyTwoShoes game. I’m sorry to say that it appears that your freelance programmer scammed you and game you stolen code – I would recommend seeking a refund on the work and not using him in the future.
