Why can't I upgrade my axe past level 4, or my other tools past level 3? I have like 3.7 million, but can't upgrade them any further.

I'm getting a really nasty bug that deletes my entire inventory and equipment on load. That, and quests are broken,and un-doing themselves, in that it's like I never completed them. Would be a 5/5 game for sure without these bugs, but currently a 1/5 at best with them, as they make the game completely unplayable for me.

"You need flash player 11.3 to play this" Not going to upgrade to a painfully unstable flash player for an incredibly mediocre game.

The gigantic stat nerfs make luck and upgrading past +7 pointlessly useless, as the chance of you not failing and losing it are ridiculously low, and FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR outweighs the possibility of getting better stuff. Before,the chance was still really low, but at least the stats remained high, so it paid off if you gambled it. Now, upgrading past +7 is just a bad idea anymore because you won't see barely any increase in stats.

"The Ancient" and pretty much all the titles that greatly affect defense/protection SERIOUSLY need a massive nerfing. Even in 400 all stats, and 500 base damage and +7 Epics, and over 400 CP the average(517), I can't even barely damage monsters with those titles without them killing me, which is completely absurd.

The only problem with the no class/"let your skills decide", is that is implictly flawed and nearly impossible due to racial stats. Since stats are automatically distributed, for example with humans - they get a ton of INT per level, but little STR. As such, it is a LOT more unnecessarily difficult to play a melee-based human, than a human mage, since the mage's main stat is INT.

There needs to be a way to make it so items don't break on failure. Whether increased repair costs, or to buy an item from the shop.

That's not a bug - you need $200,000 on hand cash to advance. However, the game ends after area 3. Huge waste of time.

Some of the floors are getting extremely irritating due to being impossible to complete without pickaxes. You shouldn't require the usage of them, they should be purely optional.

The colors don't necessarily make an item better, from what I've noticed. The real difference between the various rarities is the amount of modifiers. Each one having about 1-2 more modifiers than the last rarity.
