The facts, draw your own conclusions…
Fact: Papercup has uploaded trol game after trol game for over a year.
Fact: Before that his account was http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/Gavain788 (perma ban) and he now continues to upload games from that account.
Fact: When these fact were reported to Kongregate (once per day for 4 days) Kongregate ignored the matter. Ignored the matter until…
Fact: Papercup complained to Knogs ‘mods’ In less than 1 hour a certain moderator rushed to back up Papercup and finally found the time to address the complaint.

So, FACT: next time you find 20 trol games uploaded by one of the morons who get their kicks that way, don’t flag it (it’s pointless) don’t report the uploader (they may be on certain moderators ‘favorite’ list) and FACT: if the game was upped by Papercup, or one of his dozens of alts, then the chances are he will report you and you will be warned or banned.

Oh, and for those who doubtless will ban this account, it contains no bad language, it contains no lies, and it discourages not encourages people from breaking the rules that most users of Kongregate have to abide by !

Honestly, does it really matter that much that a troll uploads games constantly to the point of quitting the site… If you simply don’t click on the games they don’t get plays. Just remember their names and never click a game by them.

Another point to take into account is how do you know it is a troll game? They sometimes put misleading pictures and titles

protip insted of reporting the games with the “report game” function, send a message to a admin. they have no one on there favorite list and they can do much worse than a mod…

Also, be aware that because I am not favored by certain people and therefor cannot rely on ‘moderators’ for help, I will delete/mute/whatever any ‘idiot’ shouts/shouters.
