For me i got it to work by deleting the file of it

1.Click on my computer
2. Go to the drive you are using (probably C)
3.Go to documents and settings
4.Go to the folder with your login name on it
5.Go to application data (If you cant see this follow these steps)
a) Go to tools at the top
b)Go to folder options
c)Go to View
d)Click “show hidden files and folders”
e) now application data should be visible
6.Click macromedia
7.Click flash player
8.Click shared objects
9.Click the random numbers and letters folder
10. click on chat.kongregate
11.click on gamez
12.click on 0003
13.right click on 1946
14.click delete

This should delete the data for mechancial commando and this worked for me. If it doesn’t work for you, all I can say is “get a better flashplayer” =P
