I AM A FAT NERD. I know this is not a nerd site or something, but I’ve still gotta post the specs of my ~~brand~~ new computer 8^D :

Intel Core i5-2500K CPU
EVGA GTX 550Ti (overclocked a bit)
8 GB of CL 7 DDR3-1333 G.SKILL RAM
Western Digital RE4 1TB hard drive
MSI P67A-G45 motherboard
CoolerMaster HAF 922 case
Antec Green series 650 watt PSU
ASUS CD/DVD combo drive (too cheap to buy a Blu-Ray drive)
Xigmatec cooler

Windows XP Professional x64
Ubuntu 11.04 64-bit (can use Ubuntu now!)
Avast!, AVG security
CCleaner, Auslogics Disk Defrag
Google Chrome browser

I can finally watch movies above 480p… Oh and now, no game on my computer lags, with high or ultra settings :D. Only a select few games on kong lag, and then not much. :D

Lol this computer is about 185%-600% faster than my parents’, xD (hard drive is 185%, CPU is 600, RAM, dunno, and the GFX card… their computers don’t compare xD)

EDIT: I found out that one month after I built it, a new, improved chipset for the mobo’s has come out T_T.

I wonder what the rubber grommets on my case are for… certainly not water cooling… oh that sexy mainboard…
