Dakkon's profileAbout meAn exercise to stretch the tendons in your wrists, hands, arms. Fully stretch your arms out from your sides and ball your hands into fists. Point fists toward the floor. Hold for about 10 seconds. Unball your hands and point them straight out away from you. Hold for 10 seconds. Still stretching your arms out, point your hands toward the ceiling ‘but don’t hurt yourself doing so’. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat until satisfied.
