*Character*A being of pure energy visible only by small blue sparks randomly traveling across a surface that if totaly visible would resemble a sapien upper half with swirling energy as the lower half. The entity has no real connection with society and doesn’t function properly it doesn’t feel emotion and it survives how it can. It doesnt register the feelings of others and it wouldn’t care if it did.
abilities|Weather Control:Able to control weather conditions at will, though only in small areas and for short amounts of time.|Elemental ability:Able to discharge bolts of electricity from anywhere on the entity.Able to condense water vapor in the air into ice to create temporary projectiles/shields.|Flight:self-explanatory.|Energy Leech:Able to drain forms of energy from any source within close proximity. in certain conditions if it can be in close enough proximity to a living being it can either drain energy from it, or share it.
weapons Tempest:condensed water vapors supercharged with electricity-result:omniflexable, electrified weapon.
Thunderclap:gauntlets made of nonconductive, diamond-like substance-result:near indestructable solid matter used for close quarter melee attacking.
Weaknesses Loss of constant energy source:Usualy has sunlight,constant energy of living things, etc. to sustain constant energy levels, but without these, it begins to dissipate.However if it drains energy from a large-scale source,such as a powerline, it can last a significant amount of time without otherwise sustinance.
Non-conductive materials:Most of the power expulsion from it rely on the fact that almost everything is conductive of electricty. If an amount of one of the few things that isn’t conductive is in the way, the energy is not transfered, and no attack occurs.
Overuse of energy:Regardless of wether or not it has constant energy it can still use energy to the point that there is not enough energy left in it to gather more energy, and the creature will dissipate.
