One small problem I've noticed is that the calculation for the value of the game might need some tweaking. At first glance, it looks like I could put all my points into design and get a good payout for a 40/0/0/0 over a 10/10/10/10 game. Maybe change the equation to something like Sqrt(D^2+C^2+S^2+G^2) to encourage a well rounded game.
The name for the "Natural Cellection" badge is ironic considering that the scientists consulted for this project are vehemently opponents of teaching evolution. From Dr. Dewitt's page at Liberty University "Dr. DeWitt is a biochemist and neuroscientist whose passion is to defend creation using The Word of God. When not pointing out the flaws in Darwin's theory, Dr. DeWitt is investigating the inner workings of the brain."
First, I suspect that one can actually reach 100% I doubt Tukkun has much more than 10 or so digits of accuracy, at some point it's going to have to either stay at ...999 or jump up to 100%. The alternative is that at a certain point you aren't at 100% and you don't even get a fractional improvement.
Please don't nerf the Christmas set. I'm finally making some decent money!
Congrats on doing so well in the contest! Sometimes I wish I knew how to program instead of only knowing how to fix old timey radios.
Your games would really do a lot better if you would finish them. This isn't a game for young people, this is an incomplete game. Add a title screen, add instructions (in the game) add sound/music. Add something to measure progress, it's okay if it's easy but you should track balloons popped or award points.
