whatever bar this guy goes to, i'd like to go there. you can literally do WHATEVER you want. In the first game, he smokes weed and get a blowjob in the public bar. in this one, he stabs and beats to death a bunch of thugs, leaves the bloody battered bodies on the floor. and the police don't even lift a finger. i wish real life was this way
