Yes, for some levels you can induce lag to get better times. It’s not hacking/cheating but just exploiting a glitch in the game timers. This is already widely-known fact and it’s not against the rules. I was able to get down to like 95 seconds even without the lag. Using lag only took me from 95 to 68. In either case, I’ve beaten the Impossible Badge limit of 160 by well over a minute. On my guides you can see that I get a time of 140.
