Hmm, this was easy for a “hard” badge… After 7 saved trucks in normal, all thanks to my trusty boomerang, I made it through overtime on the first try, all thanks to my new friend the shark.
Nothing beats the blade boomerang. It’s like a constant spikes in front of you, mowing everything to shreds. Easy to use too. Seriously, don’t switch around. Blade boomerang = WIN.
Why is this a demo? Do you *want* people to hate you? PROTIP: Your game is NOT a product. It’s a *service*. And Kongregate has a lot of nice options to make money off of it, like tips and sharing advertisement money. Which you’d get, if this was a full game and therefore would get 4+ stars. *facepalm*
Way too easy. Especially if you’re not greedy. (Always go for the biggest cooling and drill as deep as the cooling allows minus. Then go horizontally and ignore all ore above your view.)
It’s basically a boring super-easy version of Motherload with a bad input algorithm that causes sluggish slow-down.
Nice graphics… for a Flash game. Other than that it’s unfortunately boring as hell. Too many too irrelevant enemy cars. Too little incentive. No real point…
Sorry, that smoke ring thing is driving me crazy in that level where you have to hit two on both sides of a automatic wall, and than a third right after. It’s really, *really* annoying. I’d call it a big design error. The way it is now, I have to stop, or I’ll want to destroy something. ſuckin think sucks!
Would probably be a 3-4/5, but this makes it a clear 1/5 until fixed.
@YaslerFuj: Yes, because I’m not a racing driver, so I *totally* have no right to tell somebody going the wrong way in a horse carriage, that he is bad at racing… Jesus… how old are you? 13?
(This is not a comment on the quality of the game. It’s a comment on how stupid that argument is. Duh.)
Creating a proper set of rooms that fit all customers as good as possible became such a complex task, that I had the choice, of either writing a script to calculate it, or stop playing. I chose the latter. Would there be something more interesting/relevant to do than that, I’d have continued to play. But like this, I feel it’s a waste of time.
Very nicely done game. With one (common) flaw: It’s not very interesting or touching. What’s left is pretty, and well done, but still grind. 3/5.
What this game misses, is some kind of *end*. You know. Something to aspire to, other than the daily upgrading grind. Something that changes things. That means something. How about that?
Wow. $80 for the worst room ever, and then the workers get $3 a *day*? How exactly are people paying for those rooms with salaries like that? Not exactly a working economy, is it? ^^
Way too easy. And childish too. Would be OK otherwise. I think the key problem here is that it doesn’t stand out in any way. It’s not special, or great, or bad. Just “OK”. Which is the worst thing that can happen to a game, since it becomes completely forgettable and exchangeable.
Remember, most gamers aren’t children, and different levels of difficulty are nice to keep everyone having fun. Some surprises are also missing. And of course some kind of purpose.
So all I can say, is that the gameplay is polished and everything works well. It’s just not very fun or touching. I give a bored 3/5.
