I'm also stuck at the loading screen. If it helps, instead of the usual huge list of words in the upper left hand corner, it has stopped at "trylog2".

I just want to say, the rent-a-guards aren't respawning. I got 5 kills, need 6, but there are no Rent-a-Guards at the Merchant camp (this is the first quest for the Merchant-Mercenaries struggle, I chose to become a Mercenary...) And yes, I've waited plenty of time. I went and did all of the quests in the area, then got back to finish this quest, but there are no guards for me to kill.

Personally, I don't mind the high energy costs. It's just that we have to do a mission over... and over... and over... and over again that gets to me, since doing a mission 6 times, with 20 energy required (I'm still on mission 27, so it's not that bad for me yet, I can only imagine how horrendous it will be later) would consume all my energy and then some, even if I DO win every mission.

Oh yay. I use charm, and get murdered by the boss cause my ally wants to watch me get killed. Did I mention I lost all of my magic, so was completely defenseless? The charm ability is almost useless in this game. It's just a hyped up entangle. Although the game itself is amazing. 5/5 without a doubt.

What I don't understand is how those teensy-weensy gummy bears dressed in police uniforms can wrestle that huge guy that must be 5 times their weight, AND win. And how they even stop him from runing away. Do they catch him? I also don't understand why Jawbreaker doesn't get a dental plan. Nevertheless, 5/5.

I just love saving up those horseman charges where he does triple damage. Then, when I have like 4 of them, whoosh! Boss dead.

Emela is wearing the Geojacket. I cold only find one, so she is the only one almost invulnerable to the last boss' attacks. And who does the last boss only hit, sparing everybody else? Emela.

I find it annoying that when I'm in the middle of a sword combo, the character just stops moving. Whatever button I press, he WILL NOT move until some monster comes and hits him. This has gotten me killed many times so far. And I'm only on Reverie Island.
