Yeah, shmups are probably dead now. Looks like Cave is going out of business and that game I sent you will be their last. I’m fine with that though. I’ve had my fill of shmups and I doubt they could make any better ones than a couple of my favorites that I still replay to this day.

Kongregate isn’t that interesting to me anymore. Admins never really talk to us, badges hardly ever get released, and there are never any great games being made. Flash may be dieing as an industry, so maybe it relates to that. If I was just a casual player, I probably wouldn’t be here anymore. Only reason I’m still here is because of my position on the leaderboard, which I also think is lame thanks to the only 2 people in front of me being there because of referrals. Didn’t bother me at first, but now that I’m just sitting here in 3rd and will never see 1st place due to that, makes me feel like not caring anymore.

Sorry for the late reply! Thought the website will notify me if one of my friends commented, but it didn’t. Anyway, it’s good to see you still gaming on console. But yeah, I think that PC has a lot of innovation and freedom for any PC game developer to create something unique compare, also it has more MMOs than what the console did in the past. Although the PS4 has promises on bringing more highly anticipated MMO (online-only) games, most notably the ones used to be on PC such as Warframe and DC Universe Online.

Speaking of shmups, Cave isn’t closed but decided to quit the console gaming business. Instead, they decided to focus on social and online gaming. From what I’ve heard from other site, they may create another shmup game as online only game but we don’t really know yet. It’s a sad day for any shmup fans like myself but still we like to thank them. It’s funny how Ketsui was once ported to X360 and then PS3. I doubt if PS3 version gets higher sales, as many people in Japan are willing to buy an PS4.

If I happened to own a PS4 either this year or next year, I’ll let you know and add you as a friend. Thanks for your time with you and me on Kongregate! See you next game!

lol yep :) One of the best games I’ve watched in recent memory. You think the 49ers will beat Atlanta? That’s what I’m thinking. Their QB crushed Green Bay almost by himself with his running. Baltimore and New England will be another great game to watch. Gonna be really close probably. I still think New England will win even though Baltimore beat Denver.

Did you watch The Hobbit in the new 48 FPS version? It looked great I thought. I also enjoyed that movie.

But yes, my pick was 49ers over Atlanta. I also (obviously) picked the Ravens, and then the Ravens over the Niners. That game was outstanding! And that Kapearnick kid is gonna be great.

And yes, I saw The Hobbit in 48 FPS. I really enjoyed it, but I heard some people got nauseous watching it or something. I thought it was superb.

Hey Mako :) Yeah, I figured you were just busy playing Xbox instead of Kongregate now. Thanks, I just got 3rd a few days ago. Going for 2nd now. I have looked at Crunchyroll before and don’t really like it that much, so I never made an account there. I prefer Anilinkz if I’m streaming anime. I usually just torrent anime though, instead of streaming it.

I see. I’ll try my best to step up with the badge completion % (according to Badge Master). Almost done with the amount of unity game badges. Need to go back to MMO related games to get the badge(s) before server shutdown (which I hated since after Caesary taken off from the list).

I’m also going through the MMO badges right now and the main reason was like you said, because of server shutdowns. I luckily already had the Caesary badges and all the other broken single player badges. All the MMOs just take so long and they are usually terrible games, so it’s hard for me to even bother with them.

20,000 a year? I’d say it’s nearer to 30,000 a year. I’m sure if you’ve come this far you’d be willing to wait a little longer to be in second (probably won’t be willing to wait enough to get to first).

Heh, not sure anyone could touch JiG nowadays, he’s just in a league of his own. Besides, I’m running out of games to rate, probably could find some I’ve missed from the past, but they’re just not getting uploaded that frequently anymore.

I just finished chapter 1. It wasn’t much like the original Code Geass at all, more like its own Mecha anime. It had some good setting up at the end though, I think Chapter 2 will be much better.

Ah, ok. I thought it might be a standalone type of OVA. Didn’t realize the story was going to continue into more OVAs. I usually wait for things to finish before starting them, because the wait for the next episode is difficult :P I probably wouldn’t watch it until the whole series is done then. I wouldn’t say there aren’t going to be any more changes in the top 5, position wise, since onemorelevel actually doesn’t earn too many points anymore. At the current rate it’d still be a nearly a year until DeepClaw passes them, and then a little bit longer for the two of us, but I agree that the top 5accounts will be steady for quite a while now. Should only be a couple of weeks until I pass ecrans.

Oh, and I suppose I’ll also mention my late congratulations for tripling the level cap, forgot about that one at first =]

Was on vacation for a while, so didn’t get a chance to reply. Thanks again :) Since you pay attention to levels and things, I was curious if you had any idea what level we would be now without a 65 cap?

Ah, I hope your vacation was nice. As for levels, I honestly have no clue. I’m sure someone out there has posted the point requirements for higher levels, or a formula to find them out, but I’m not really too sure. I’d say either somewhere in the high 80s or low 90s, though.

Yeah, MegaUpload going down is horrible. Whole websites were taking down from where to download anime from, just because they only used MegaUpload lol. Not to mention all the other stuff you can download on MegaUpload. If you need anymore links to download anime from, I can give you some if you want.

because the amount of pure dedication it would take to get the WR from the players that are playing it is insane. There is a shorcut for Frappe Snowland where you can finish laps in 5 seconds or less, and even without using that the time of the world record is 1:40 or something close to that. I think that you are thinking I got the WR recently :P I got it around when the game first came out for the N64. It was one of my only games so I basically played it everyday. I got it before I or probably anyone even knew of that shortcut glitch. Why would I pick a random game like MK64 to make up getting a WR on anyways :) Someone had to get a WR eventually, it just happened to be me at the time.
