No, they are wrong. It doesn’t count. I beat the game on Hardcore mode, I would know. When you get a critical, it’ll say “Critical Kill”. I got all headshots for about the first 10 levels and it didn’t give me the medals until it started saying “Critical Kill!”

Hey, to help u on the question if head shot and torso shot count as critical hits… Yes, they do.
