This is a good game, and part of a great series, but I do wish there was more of an indication as to where the hidden panels are. Having to wave the mouse around every single wall gets very tiring.
Developer response from Psionic3D

I know, I promise never to do that again...except the occasional secret panel that is not relevant to progression!!

Towards the end, things get a little boring and grindy. The concept is a lot of fun, but there are a lot of creases you really should have ironed out before release, which hurts the rating.

That feeling of utter dread when you're in infinite mode, and the path is black.
Developer response from player_03

That is actually one of the easiest areas, as long as you don't let it get to you.

I've fallen in love with this series. The love the sombre tone, and the little twists in the tale every time. It has such atmosphere, too. Can't wait for the conclusion.
Play Lime Rick Lime Rick Sep. 02, 2013
This is a really nice game, but without any soundtrack, it can get a little tiring. Also, the 'reset' sound can be quite grating.
Play Experimental Shooter 2 Experimental Shooter 2 Aug. 13, 2013
This is a really lovely game, but I'd like for the solutions to not be automatically spoiled once some time passes. A 'hint' button would work far better. But that's my only gripe. It's a neat concept!
Play Urbex Urbex Apr. 25, 2013
I loved this game. Felt genuinely creeped out all the way through. Hoping for a sequel! The only thing I'm not sure on is the codes for the relays - am I supposed to just guess them? Anyway, I loved the game. :D
Play Rain Words Rain Words Apr. 11, 2013
This is a good game, but it holds your hand all the way from start to finish. It would be more enjoyable if I at least had to type the words.
Play Give Up Give Up Mar. 18, 2013
This is a great game, but the lag constitutes a real problem. Often, the jump won't register and I'll charge into a spike. In this of all games, dying is frustrating, so when I'm not at fault, it's not very enjoyable.
Play FPS-MAN FPS-MAN Mar. 02, 2013
I love this game, but it would be nice to have a level select option for when I die. I know that it's not 'traditional' Pacman, but it's not enjoyable always having to start from level one. This way, if people want to start again, they have the choice, but they're not forced to reset if it isn't what they'd like.

I was immediately put off by the blinding colour scheme, unfortunately. It's extremely hard on the eyes.
Play Free Rider 3 Free Rider 3 Feb. 11, 2013
This is a very nice game, but it seems unpolished. I can usually only spend 5 minutes on it because the lack of soundtrack makes it feel empty, and there are lots of missing features here that other similar games had.
Developer response from kanogames

Staying true to Free Rider we didn't want to add music, etc that could take away from the experience, we find players usually enjoy rocking out to their own tunes more. We are looking into add some bike sounds into a future version though, would that be something you would like to see/hear? As for the missing features, can you be more specific? We loaded FR3 up with new features: saved replays, best times to race against others and updates to track editor are just a few of the many new features. We plan to add checkpoints to this version and will look to start tackling that this week. Thanks for the feedback.

The good thing about this game is clearly the ambiance that you create. It's genuinely spooky. The ending, where [SPOILER]the code is on the back of his coat all along was genuinely creepy. The bad things are that it's the type of mystery game where players are forced to randomly click and hope for the best - I have no reason to assume that clicking a chair leg will be necessary to help me open a drawer. Also, there aren't any words aside from the diary page, making the game lacking in plot and enjoyability. I don't know anything about the game in terms of storyline, which is a major put off when the whole situation is clearly so mysterious.
Play Elements Elements Jan. 18, 2013
Durd, it might be because you have something like sanctuary, which blocks your quanta pool being altered, and so stops the shield working.
Play Musaic Box Musaic Box Jan. 15, 2013
The hints should really be optional. Don't help me if I don't want you to.
Play Virus Bit Virus Bit Jan. 08, 2013
You just move around with the arrow keys until you get bored, essentially. Needs more depth, and something to make it stand out from the others like it. 1/5 until vastly improved.

Honestly, she acts as though the ballet class is to blame? Er, get a reality check, love - you were the one that cheated, ballet class didn't make it happen. I have no empathy for her at all and I think that he should run away from her while he has the chance. He was better off before she amended the timeline!
Play ShellShock Live 2 ShellShock Live 2 Dec. 06, 2012
That deluxe ad really decreases the quality of what would otherwise be an exceptional game. I've lowered my rating to 4/5 accordingly for the pure annoyance of it. If I wanted Deluxe, I'd get it with or without this advert. Other slight problems are the way that you can't make games private, the way that level-ups determine wins/losses almost instantly and the way that that the tank upgrades are relatively hidden. Otherwise, I love it.
Play ShellShock Live 2 ShellShock Live 2 Nov. 21, 2012
It's an absolutely fantastic game, but I don't like the yellow arrows, and nor the way random target markers appear occasionally.
Play Hood Episode 4: Memories Hood Episode 4: Memories Nov. 21, 2012
The part where you need to put the wood under the cauldron needs a much wider clickable spot. I spent ages stuck because nothing happened when I tried. I had to look at a spoiler-filled walkthrough because apparently I was clicking 1-mm to the left every time I tried.
