The goal to the game is 2500. That is based just on distance, not your gold.
It used to be 3000, so those of you saying it's too hard, it used to be harder.
Same strategy works every time for the epic battles.
Get about 5 grade 6 or higher gems. Dispurse towers throughout the entire path. Place a few water trenches to slow him down as well. Make sure you do the epic boss wave on regular speed so you have enough time to work. Keep moving the gems ahead as soon as the boss gets out of range. When you run out of towers to place the gems ahead on, then explode them on the boss.
The Spartan challenge is so easy.
Buy, and max out the grenade launcher. Buy like 5-6 repairmen. Then put the rest into gunmen. Then just fire the launcher like mad till all 300 are dead
There was one mission. I think it was mission 7, got really laggy. And sliding along the screen made it actually unable to move the mouse for a few seconds.
Also, maybe a more challenging last level. I beat it quicker than any of the others I think. Even the first like 2-3 because I was still learning

I have #3 planned. Because those of you who complain that it's not really a game. I can see where you're coming from, there isn't a lot of replay value or anything, but still enjoyable. I won't have time to work on the third for a long time, but trust me, it will definately have more game qualities.
