For those struggling with Level 7, it means what it says: only forests in the rectangle indicated. Sawmills are built on forests, so they count as "stray" forests that block completion.

Encountered a strange bug where my movement was 180 degrees from where I clicked (I moonwalked my way through the levels). But attacking required clicking normally (so targets had to be backed into and then clicked directly). Needless to say this was far more challenging than probably was intended.

Not a game, but a link to an executable. Even if the executable is "safe", no, I'm not going to install it.

Those who are having trouble with jumping: look at the potions available... high speed = longer distances jumped.
Play Obliterate Everything 2 Obliterate Everything 2 Mar. 05, 2013
Very good game, the inclusion of useful hot-keys makes the frantic action work very well.

In Soviet Mythic Saga, game plays *you*. (Seriously, automation is one thing, but this is absurd...)

I think what Giura means by "better float" in the controls is something like Super Meatboy. There is an interview with the developers where they talk about how long they spent tweaking the controls in ways that were technically "incorrect" but were how users input things. An example from Super Meatboy is the amazing wall jump response: they accept the jump command as a wall jump regardless of the exact order the jump and reversal of the direction commands occurs... as long as both are in a certain window they realize the human *meant* wall-jump even if it was not correct to the millisecond. In this game I found myself struggling with "catching" on the lips of platforms if I was too early in impacting.

Thanks! Giura pointed at Super Meatboy indeed. Very useful intel from the awesome team meat.

Too many combinations with no workable solution spawning in front of me and no hope of upgrading to get past them = not even trying for the 5 point badge. I say this as a badge whore... you have to make it seriously not fun for me to give up this soon.

I have to assume the author of the Papa's game series worked too many fast food jobs and wishes to take his rage out on the Internet by making games that are far too accurate for their own good. I actually feel the life endangering sadness of a fast food employee when playing a Papa game. If it weren't for the meta game (which I had *every* other badge already), I wouldn't be here at all.

Minor hitbox issue: clicking "Play" on the intro screen doesn't work, only clicking on the image above it.

Bullet hells are fun. This game was fun. Until level 24 and the freaking "shoot and we just multiply" fighters combined with the long flight time missiles combined with stupidly robust mini-bosses that just keep coming. Great game until you hit the brick wall.

Chome 19.0.1084.56 here; every time I attempt to use the inventory (clicking the bag or when selecting "use item...") I get a translucent overlay that probably should contain my inventory, but it never populates. I have reloaded four or five times and the result is always the same. HTML 5 has so much promise...

try to refresh iframe itself. It looks a lot like a broken "browser caching".

Some great ideas ruined by the "give me money to complete things in reasonable time" anti-gameplay mechanism. I understand paying to play game, but when that slimy mechanism is tied to "you need to stay around all day to complete projects" and then "you weren't awake 24/7 so people robbed you of your resources/broke your stuff" I can only emit a tired "meh" and move on.
Play Sands of the Coliseum Sands of the Coliseum Jun. 01, 2012
@RunForLife, my personal beef is when a game limits how many turns you get in a period of time and then adds some paltry amount for big money. This game doesn't do that at all, so I agree this game is being bashed for something it doesn't do. On the other side, the quality is Beta level (scrolling areas are problematic in Chrome at least). On the positive, I really like the location targeting and wish it was elaborated on by allowing the "protection" of a body part via stances or something (beyond the existing armor/shield rules).

I have become so sadly used to "Multiplayer Strategy Game" meaning "You can play for a short time and then we will beg for cash" that this was a quite pleasant surprise. Imagine, a game where you can support the developer, but it is for perks not a requirement to play.
Play Carnage Carnage May. 31, 2012
I checked the game's premium shop, but the most important upgrade isn't there: tires. One would think a "driver" would use some high quality tires instead of riding on rims like he is apparently doing now.

Having played with both auto scrolling and manual mode, I find that the auto scrolling remaining enabled when the skill bar (or an upgrade menu) is up causes me to miss my target frequently. I think when an upgrade or skill bar is up, scrolling should be disabled until that menu is closed. (I especially notice the scrolling when reaching for the confirmation dialog on upgrades). I have taken to manually pressing space when I pull a menu and pressing again when I'm done. I also think that a lot of people think it is a glitch that clicking pulls up the upgrade or skill bar when one is already open, not understanding that simply moving the mouse away from the menu will close it. Perhaps the first click should simply close the upgrade/skill bar to make it more consistent with expectations?
Developer response from kidgamez

Thanks Godeke, I stopping auto-scrolling during the skill bar and upgrade menu and I fixed the skill bar problem you mentioned!

Play Enigmata: Stellar War Enigmata: Stellar War May. 25, 2012
@ZeroMoge: there are three difficulty settings to choose from and if you get past the first few levels you will find you need all those units and upgrades just to avoid losing units every battle. Losing upgraded units hurts, so it isn't as simple as the initial rounds make it seem.

Since I use the WASD keys, "E" would work for that side (it is a common "use" key and remains near the numbers as well). For users of the arrows I'm less sure: perhaps the shift keys?
Play Enigmata: Stellar War Enigmata: Stellar War May. 24, 2012
The last few battles sometimes get so thick with targets that pulling up the skill bar by clicking on the background is difficult. Perhaps a key to summon the skill bar would be useful?
Developer response from kidgamez

Sounds like a good idea, any suggestions on which key?
