Many times, this leads to what appears to be holes in my arguments. These holes are mainly due to my poor ability to phrase things, and it frustrates me when people point them out.
Example: I say I am going to just go to Canada/Britain because of the situation in the U.S.
What I mean is: I am going to just leave America to go somewhere else. Possibly into international waters to start my own country, or something. Canada and Britain are just arbitiary, because they just pop into my mind first for some reason.
Another example: Are joules equivalent to pascals?
What I mean is: What would be the two-dimensional equivalent of a pascal? It would be one newton acting over a distance of one metre, which I think is a joule.
I’m sorry for any confusion and/or frustration that resulted from this. Do any of you have tips for me to overcome this?
