You know, you don’t get the last ace by doing a blind jump. You get the last ace switch by going from the side, ascending with the light beam, then descending back without touching any spikes. Then, you go the original route up to the goal orb, and you’ll see the ace at a relatively easy to reach spot.

Ok blast away, and launch the rocket when he starts to drop, position the gun target so you pop him as soon as he gets back into the environment.
