@smartman2009, apparently you fire yourself at the centre of the earth to pick up speed. which is stupid, because the nearer to the centre of the earth you get, the slower you go, and if you did do that, you'd just be stuck in the centre for ever.

sometimes in single player it goes out of synch, sometimes it doesn't even say that and it can take anywhere up to 4 minutes to do anything.... disappointing because this could be very good.
