I would REALLY like to ask WHY in the hell is the "Special Tower" a combination of fire, frost, lightning and acid?
Those are all unique tower types and should have their own unique towers, with their own unique tech trees, bonuses and upgrades.
@Samuel Ah.....it seems you are correct. Then I shall take it that that comment is already present and therefore yours does not need to be corrected any.
Am I the only one that's finding a multitude of bugs in the game?
Like, my Air support isn't working, half the time when I start missions I can't move my tank, or restarting a mission restarts it with a tank that's already at 0% health, or a tank that blew up but could still move around and shoot things...........
I seem to have discovered a small bug. I was somehow able to select a tool without my inventory being open. I was then unable to return the tool and therefore unable to interact with anything or even progress........I apologize beforehand if there is a simple solution that I was simply too dumb to figure out.
So apparently the upgrade that gives your ships a "15% chance to re-spawn with full health on death", also applies to your reactor, cause I just had mine "die" and then instantly regen to full health, or it was just a glitch, *shrugs*
You have to wonder about the solidity of this business plan. You spend likely trillons of dollars funding this expedition into deep space, then when you get there you use everything you mine so that you can build defenses to hold off waves of pirates so that you can mine more to build more and hold off more waves. You essentially accomplish nothing.
Good Game BTW.
Interesting game, one of the few on Kong that I played multiple times.
Now, as well as the other suggestions, namely hughperman and Mckaime's which are both very good, I would also like to see some variation in the defense missions, or more specifically the weapons used within them.
I realize that it's more of a "mini-game" then anything, but it would be very nice if the different weapons you could equip your men with had different attack animations and ranges.
I've included a document that shows my suggestions for weapon ranges.

It seems weird to have most movement and actions controlled with the keyboard and only use the mouse for targeting.
I'd suggest adding in a target button (perhaps 'q'?) that selects the nearest enemy, and an option to move and attack by mouse, (Left click on open ground to move, left click on an enemy to attack in their direction.) That way we could choose to play with either the mouse or the keyboard, not both.
