hidan is cool i hate ignorance and im a republican conservative christian . also i like to play call of duty games AND HALO. i had a dream before that smirfs were chasing me. i think that gorillas are cool and king kong is a beast . one day me and my cousin put water in a trash can and mixed gasoline lubricant spray paint coal and oil and put our hands in there and it like boiled our hands. i am a big fan of assassins creed games and think if they make another on i would be broke . my favorite show is beavis and butt head and halo legends i cant belive how they come up with this stuff . i also play magic the gathering card game and collect the shonen jump magazines . me and my cousin also make fun of pokemon. one time me and him made a glass full of cofee grinded bacon (raw) and ham cinnamon plus sugar and every time one of us laughed while watching pokemon they had to takea gulp of it i only took about three drinks but my cousin took about tweleve and at one part he threw up and said"have mercy Entei" . (pokemon three) and at like January 29 we killed a sparrow with a bb gun in the year two thousand eleven then we cut off its feet and made them touch my other cousins face and he screamed it was like cool. another time we were sleeping in a tent when we hear stomping around it and in a crackly voice it said are the devils hooves big enough for ya. my cousin tuned pal with fright (by the way all these stories are with my cousin robert 14 years old same age as me) yes he said and then we looked and saw it was my uncle his dad who by the way is cool like my dad is . then when me and him went bird hunting the next day it was cold but then about after one hour of freezing we saw a big bird so i said man hes big ill bet he eats crows. so we called him crow eaterhe had a roosters head and like the body the size of a football .we shot him about four times but not a drop of blood all feathers though he never came back ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Even as the Great Wars disappeared from the world and the Hidden Villages were scaled back as military powers, those with an abundance of nature and tourist resources gained positive position in the new times. Hidan, who had lived as a shinobi constantly starved for strife, grew frustrated and discontent with this new pacifism, eventually directing his feelings at the village itself. It was inevitable that the newly found religion of Jashin would set its eyes on him. Thou shalt massacre thy neighboor. The religion’s teachings would prove be abundant with elements that affirmed Hidan’s own desires. After drawing the circular symbol of his religion on the ground, Hidan then attempts to draw his opponent’s blood and consume it. Once this is done, as long as Hidan is inside his circle, any damage he inflicts onto himself is directly transferred to his opponent’s body. Because Hidan is immortal, he can damage his own body, even destroying organs or severing limbs, as much as he wants without dying. After killing Asuma Sarutobi, Shikamaru Nara planned his revenge and set a trap inside the Nara sacred forest. There, he blew Hidan into several pieces using hundreds of explosive tags. Hidan’s still talking remains fell into a deep pit and was buried alive. Though no longer considered an Akatsuki member, Hidan is still alive. Living in the Rain village was hard enough for Hidan. Children and even adults hated him because of what he looked like and of his culture. He worships an evil god culture and is immortal. People always tried killing him and made fun of Hidan. He had silver hair and violet eyes. But people say there pink instead. Walking around the village one day from school these kids came and threw him onto the hard cement almost cracking his head open. Hidan went running home to tell his mother. She told him to "pray" saying that one day he will be the one bullying them. The same incident happened a month later. Hidan was at the park enjoying the view and the same bullies attacked him but they were 13 and he was only 7. The bullies had weapons this time (kunais , shuriken etc.) "Hmmmm......how about we do you a favor?" one of them said grinning. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?!?!?!" ask Hidan defenseless. One of the boys took out a kunai and stabbed Hidan on the stomach. They laughed and another boy threw 2 more kunai and shuriken at him. This time it hit him on his chest were his heart is located. Blood came out and lots of it. Hidan screamed thinking, "Why am I not dying?!?" The boys got scared because there was a big pool of blood around Hidan. They screamed saying he was a zombie and wasn't normal.Hidan just starred at the pool of blood, startled. Limping home, his mother saw him all bloody and asked him almost yelling what had happened. Hidan asked "Am I a monster?" Hidan's mother gave him new cloths and cured his wounds. She told him "I didn't was you to find out this way, Hidan." "Find out about what mom?" Hidan asked puzzled. "That you are immortal and a worshiper of our god Jashin~sama." Hidan was thinking "So thats what all the praying was all about." "Whats Jashin mom?" asked Hidan in a soft voice. "Ands what with me being immortal?" he also asked his mother. "Hidan when i was pregnant with you I asked and prayed to Jashin~sama who is an evil god of loving the intension to kill and sacrifice people, to give me the perfect child. And he did as I said. He gave me an immortal shild which means you cannot die. Hidan was a smart boy so he understood. Years had passed and Hidan was 16 years old. He studied all he could about his god, Jashin. He knew all about praying, rituals, and what was illegal and not illegal in his religion.One day his mother called to him sayingthat she has been ill way to long and that she waned Hidan to sacrifice her life to Jashin.Before her death she gave Hidan a pendant. It was the symbol of Jashin, a circle and a triangle inside the circle. (This is a picture of it best one i could find its mine >.>) Hidan did sacrifice her that same night. He also left the Rain village that same night. Hidan took his three-bladed sythe and went to sacrifice more people for his god. Up until this day he has killed mnay people.Hidan is now a member of an evil organization known as Akatsuki. His partner is Kakuzu of the Waterfall Village. As he was walking with his partner, Kakuzu asked what he was doing (Hidan looked spaced out becaused he was day-dreaming for an unkown reason) "Hidan whats wrong?" asked Kakuzu kinda worried. Hidan answered back with a simple "nothing". He was actually thinking about his past and his mother. He continued to do that all the way through his journey. heres another please excuse lamguage. Hidan: “Those damn Yugakure ninjas stopped me from killing that Kaguya ba*tard, the poison will do it anyway. Well at least I sent all the stupid Yugakure ninjas to meet Lord Jashin, so they can feel His wrath.” Meanwhile at Orochimaru’s hideout, Kimimaro tells Orochimaru what happened. Kimimaro: “My lord, I went to deliver your package, but when I arrived, everyone was dead. They were killed by a ninja named Hidan, he claimed he did it for Jashin, whoever that is.” Orochimaru: “You were defeated by a single ninja?!” Kimimaro: “Forgive me, my lord. There was something ‘special’ about him, he was Immortal.” Orochimaru: “What!? Give me the exact location of this man. If he is immortal, then I don’t need to change bodies, if I get his. This time I will go myself. Until I return, Kabuto!” Kabuto appears from out of the shadows. Kabuto: “Yes, Lord Orochimaru?” Orochimaru: “Take good care of Kimimaro, he says he still wants to be useful to me. Right Kimimaro? Kimimaro: “Yes my lord.” Kabuto takes Kimimaro to a room after Kimimaro gives Orochimaru the coordinates to Hidan. It is three weeks later, Hidan is in the middle of his ritual (the pole is inside him). Hidan: “Thank you for such a good kill Lord Jashin. Those were the last surviving Yugakure ninja, have no mercy on those blasphemous” Suddenly, a sword comes from under the ground Hidan is laying on, he barely dodges it, but gets a scratch in the process. While in mid-air, several snakes fly toward him (Snake Authority Jutsu), without thinking, Hidan throws his scythe at the snakes and kills all of them. Hidan laughs, thinking that he has foiled his attacker, but immediately shuts up when he turns his head. He sees a giant snake with a man on its head. He cant do a thing now that he has no weapons and is in mid-air. The giant snake lunges at him and swallows him. Orochimaru: “Good, he is trapped in my snake’s body, but how could Kimimaro lose to him? He was defeated so easily. What?!” The snake suddenly falls forward, Orochimaru jumps off and looks at it as it slowly dies. A figure stumbles out of its stomach. Hidan: “YOU *******!!!!!!!!! You’re dumb animal swallowed me, I’m gonna kill you a MILLION TIMES for this, slowly and painfully!!!!!! Do you know how it stinks in that snake’s belly? It’ll take weeks for me to lose this scent, even worse you made me offer an animal to Lord Jashin!!! I don’t even know if He takes animals. Damn him, making me use my ‘Death Controlled Possessed Blood (his curse), it wasnt easy getting out of that snake Orochimaru: “My my, it seems Kimimaro was right about your foul mouth *chuckle*. By poisoning him, you have ruined the perfect body for me, but it seems yours is better, after all, you ARE IMMORTAL. I will need to test your skills though.” Hidan runs at Orochimaru with his pole in an attempt to stab him. To Hidan’s surprise, it worked, he pushed the pole through Orochimaru, and as usual, he laughs like a maniac (although he is a maniac). He is surprised again when Orochimaru’s body becomes hundreds of snakes that wriggle up his body until he is completely covered in snakes. Hidan spins until all the snakes fall off him, but he has received many bites. Orochimaru emerges from a rock. Orochimaru: “You received a gallon’s worth of venom from the snakes, I know you wont die, but you will be paralyzed. Then I will be able to take you to my base, where I will get to the bottom of your immortality, as well as take your body.” Hidan (while laughing): “That poison I took to kill your gay little errand boy, Kimimaro, automatically kills any poisons that may enter my body, so your dumb snakes can bite me forever and nothing will happen. Hahahahaha! Hidan picks up his scythe and puts his pole into his clothes. He holds unto the rope on his scythe and throws it at Orochimaru. Orochimaru jumps to avoid it and slithers along Hidan’s rope, he pushes out his Kusanagi sword and rushes along it. Hidan pulls his scythe in and the blades crash down on Orochimaru’s back and pin him to the ground. Hidan laughs as he jumps into the air and pulls out his pole to kill Orochimaru, Hidan’s pole crashes into the ground, a cloud of dust is the end result of Hidan’s attack. Hidan: “What the heck!!!? Where did he go? (He now realizes) Underground, duh! It doesn’t matter, now that my scythe has his blood. (As he picks it up, he only sees a snake, cut in half) Damn!!! This snake freak is becoming a real pain. At that moment the sword erupts from the ground and pushes through Hidan’s chest. He screams, as Orochimaru comes from underground and uses Fuiton: Great Breakthrough. Hidan is blown away by the gale, right into a rock. Orochimaru walks over to him, thinking that Hidan is unconscious. He pulls the blade from out of Hidan and picks him up. Orochimaru teleports to his hideout with a seemingly unconscious Hidan. Orochimaru: “Kabuto! Take him to the lab and begin the routine experiments, After I have recovered, I will do the more difficult ones.” Kabuto takes Hidan to the lab and puts him under anesthesia to keep him asleep. Kabuto then turns off the lights and leaves the room. (Five minutes later Hidan opens his eyes) Hidan: “Didn’t I tell that creepy ba*stard I’m immune to all poisons. Stupid this, I’m gonna kill everyone in here. (Hidan goes into the prison area of the base, he talks to the prisoners) Do you guys want to worship Jashin?” Prisoner: “You’re working for Orochimaru!!!! Guys, lets kill him!” Hidan: “Yay! I get to make more offerings to my new God, three hundred offerings to be exact. Hahahahaha!” All of them go to level 2 of their Cursed Seals. In less than ten minutes Hidan kills them, he then uses their weapons to create a makeshift version of his scythe. (Orochimaru comes out of the shadows) Orochimaru: “Must I defeat you again? At least I completed my scheduled tests on them before they died, oh well. This was only a test, a test that you passed, your bloodlust makes me want you more *laughs*.” Hidan: “I’ve been waiting for you, you STUPID! SNAKE! Queer!! Die!!!!!!” He rushes at Orochimaru only to be blocked by Kabuto. Orochimaru: “Kabuto, take Kimimaro and the Sound Four out of this base, it has been penetrated by another intruder, I will soon join you. Kabuto leaves. Hidan: “Another intruder? Whatever, DIEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” He swings his scythe and misses as Orochimaru jumped again. Hidan then laughs and proclaims victory, he lifts his scythe to go in the air and cut Orochimaru in two, because he cant dodge in mid-air. It hits, but once again it is just a clone. Hidan curses and throws the scythe into the ground, the real Orochimaru jumps out and Hidan throws his pole at him. Unable to dodge, Orochimaru uses his tongue to grab a metal beam and swings to dodge the pole, however he receives a small scratch, and that is enough for Hidan. He uses his scythe to pull the pole to him, he licks the blood and uses the blood of the defeated prisoners to draw his circle. He transforms and declares victory. Orochimaru knows what is going to happen based on the information Kimimaro provided him. Hidan: “You FAG!!! I finally win!1 Now prepare to meet Jashin!!!” (Hidan pushes the pole through his heart) Why aren’t you dead!!!! Orochimaru: “I am no Genin, you fool. When you threw your pole, I summoned a small snake, that is all you managed to kill. (Orochimaru lunges at Hidan with his Kusanagi sword out of his mouth. Suddenly, strange black threads grab the sword and throws Orochimaru.) Kakuzu!!” Kakuzu: “It’s been a while, Orochimaru. Sasori wont be happy to know that I found you before him. The bounty on your head is enormous. You’re opponent here has a relatively big bounty on his head as well.” Hidan: “You money loving *******!! You will never get a bounty on me!!” Kakuzu: “I don’t want it, yet. If I leave you alive, there’s no doubt that bounty will grow.” Hidan gets into a heated argument with Kakuzu. While the two of them are arguing, Orochimaru uses his shedding technique to escape Kakuzu’s tendrils. He immediately teleports, and gives up on the hunt for Hidan’s body. thats all the storys i will post ty for reading them. At one point he came across the Adjuchas-class Menos group of Shawlong Kūfang, Edrad Liones, Yylfordt Granz, Nakeem Grindina, and Di Roy Rinker. Di Roy decided to eat him but before Di Roy could act, Grimmjow attacked him and ate a chunk of Di Roy's head. The group was impressed at his strength and they introduced themselves. Their leader Shawlong asked that Grimmjow join them, and the group bowed to him. Shawlong then explained that they have no intention of remaining Adjuchas or Gillians. They vowed to become Vasto Lorde, but in order to do that they needed strength that they can use to pull themselves up, and they had seen that strength in Grimmjow. Shawlong asked that Grimmjow lead them as their king.[6] Sometime later Shawlong told Grimmjow that the group has given up. Yylfordt explained that they have given up in their quest to evolve into Vasto Lorde. They had eaten over one thousand Hollows and haven't felt their power increase anymore. As of that day they had eaten three thousand so they know for certain to continue on would be pointless. Grimmjow told them that if they wanted to give up then it was fine but he would have nothing to do with it. Shawlong then asked Grimmjow if he would eat them, and noted that since Grimmjow had already taken a piece of Di Roy, he would never evolve into a Vasto Lorde and that in conjunction their evolution would end where it was at as well. Grimmjow called them cowards but Shawlong interrupted him and explained that they have become enlightened. It is not only to the fact that they would never become Vasto Lorde, but it was something they knew even before becoming Hollows. They knew that they would always only be Adjuchas and that Grimmjow would have been the only one to evolve beyond that stage.[7] Grimmjow is first introduced scolding Ulquiorra Cifer for not killing Ichigo Kurosaki, believing that he might become a threat in the future. After almost getting into a confrontation with Yammy, Ulquiorra tries to explain that Aizen is not looking at Ichigo in his current state but his rate of growth. He argues that his power while great is more than likely be what destroys him or cause him to become one of their pawns. Grimmjow doesn't believe in that reasoning and notes that he is just as likely to become more powerful and become a real threat. Ulquiorra mentions that if that were to happen he would simply end Ichigo's existence.[8] Grimmjow later decides to rectify Ulquiorra's "mistake", and leads his Fracción to Karakura Town in an unauthorized mission. Upon using Pesquisa to determine that there are more spiritually powerful beings in the area then when Ulquiorra was there, Grimmjow tells his team to be careful and to kill anyone with even the slightest Spiritual Pressure.[9] Grimmjow blocking Ichigo's Zanpakutō with his bare hands. Added by KylecharmedAfter Rukia Kuchiki comes to Ichigo Kurosaki's aid and kills Grimmjow's Fraccion Di Roy Rinker they are both confronted by Grimmjow who introduces himself as the 6th Arrancar.[10] Grimmjow approaches them and asks who is strongest. Rukia yells to Ichigo to get back, but before she can react Grimmjow is upon her and impales his hand right into her stomach, noting that she is not the strongest. An enraged Ichigo quickly moves to attack Grimmjow.[11] As Ichigo attacks him Grimmjow effortlessly blocks the blade with his hand, pushing Ichigo away. Grimmjow decides to toy with Ichigo goading him to release his Bankai and attack him. After threatening to do to Ichigo what he did to Rukia an angered Ichigo quickly complies to the request and releases.[12] Once again Ichigo moves to attack but Grimmjow easily steps out of the way of the attack and grabs Ichigo's sword with his bare hand and uses it as leverage to throw Ichigo blocks away from him. Grimmjow moves to attack Ichigo who uses his enhanced speed to appear behind him, much to the Espada's surprise. He easily counters Ichigo's attack blocking it with his forearm and follows up with multiple kicks to Ichigo's head, sending him crashing into the buildings below. Grimmjow states he is unimpressed with Ichigo's Bankai, noting that it only enhances his speed. As the smoke clears Ichigo revels that he has recovered and unleashes his Getsuga Tenshō, Grimmjow blocks it but it still lands a direct hit greatly scarring his torso. Rather than being enraged Grimmjow is surprised and delighted at the technique.[13] Grimmjow laughs noting that this turn of events is great seeing as now he finds Ichigo worth killing. Grimmjow takes out his Zanpakutō and states that Ichigo shouldn't just stand there as now its his turn. But before Grimmjow can act he is stopped by the arrival of Kaname Tōsen, who tells him to sheath his sword. Grimmjow becomes enraged that Tōsen is there prompting an explanation. Tōsen tells him that he has attacked the Human World, mobilizing five Arrancar without permission and leading them to their deaths as well as the fact that it was all against orders. He tells him that Aizen is furious and that his punishment will be decided in Hueco Mundo. Tōsen opens a Garganta and the two leave much to Grimmjow's unwillingness. When Ichigo demands him to come back as their fight isn't over yet, Grimmjow states that he is a fool, as the only reason he still lives is because the fight isn't over. He then notes how Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshō is damaging his own body and that its use is limited. Even if he could continuously use the technique its still not powerful enough to defeat his released state. He then tells Ichigo to remember his name and to pray that he never hears it again, for if he does, it will be that last thing he hears.[14] Grimmjow with his arm cut off by Kaname Tōsen. Added by GojitaWhen Aizen refuses to punish Grimmjow, Tōsen askes that he be allowed to execute him. Grimmjow notes that he must have a personal problem with him which causes Tōsen to explain that he serves justice and doesn't tolerate those who sow discord. He then suddenly severs and incinerates Grimmjow's left arm. Enraged Grimmjow moves to attack him but is quickly told to stop by Aizen, who reminds him that if he were to attack Tōsen he would have no reason to pardon him. Realizing his situation Grimmjow reluctantly leaves.[15] A month later, Grimmjow is present at the creation of Wonderweiss Margela. Shortly after Aizen personally sends Grimmjow on the next invasion, along with Yammy Llargo, Wonderweiss, and his replacement, Luppi Antenor.[16] Upon arrival Grimmjow notes that Ichigo isn't present in the group of Shinigami they encounter and leaves to track him down. [17] Grimmjow and Ichigo encounter each other with Ichigo promising to show him how much has changed in the past month. Ichigo activates his Bankai. Grimmjow reminds him that his Bankai serves no purpose as he was completely helpless against him last time. In turn Ichigo reminds him that it was his Bankai technique is what gave him that scar across his torso. He then asks him what happened to his arm, to which Grimmjow states that he threw it away because he doesn't need two arms to kill him. Ichigo promises not to hold back and reveals his Hollowfication, greatly surprising Grimmjow. He moves fast to attack but Grimmjow unsheathes his Zanpakutō fast enough to counter the attack. Ichigo then releases his Getsuga Tenshō at point blank range.[18] Grimmjow survives the attack but sustains grievous injuries and notes that the power Ichigo is using is not that of a Shinigami and asks him what has he been doing this past month. In response Ichigo fires another Getsuga Tenshō so fast that Grimmjow can't do anything but attempt to block it. Before Grimmjow realizes Ichigo appears behind him and fires another Getsuga Tenshō, causing Grimmjow to be hit from two sides sending him falling out the sky. Ichigo moves to go after him but Grimmjow recovers and fires a Cero, which Ichigo blocks only for Grimmjow to appear behind him. He tries to attack but Ichigo senses him and counters his attack. In that instant Ichigo's mask breaks and Grimmjow quickly takes the upper hand and bats Ichigo away.[19] Grimmjow's battle is stopped by Ulquiorra. Added by Lia SchifferAs Ichigo falls Grimmjow slashes him across his chest. As he continues his assault he notes to Ichigo that he seemed to lose power and began to strain to use his power, he states that he has taken his share of damage but the battle is now over as in the end Ichigo's power wasn't enough to defeat him.[20] As their fight moves down to the street level Grimmjow keeps up the assault. When Ichigo attempts to summon his mask it fails, Grimmjow simply kicks him sending him flying blocks away. Grimmjow remarks what he has observed about Ichigo's mask but states that in any case he won't be using it again as he uses his Zanpakutō and stabs Ichigo in his arm pinning his sword hand to the ground. He then charges a Cero intent on incinerating Ichigo's head entirely, but before he can fire it his arm is encased in ice. Rukia shows up to save Ichigo, she then releases her Hakuren technique freezing Grimmjow in ice. As she tries to free Ichigo her ice is quickly broken and Grimmjow grabs her by the head and charges his Cero, as he scolds her for underestimating him enough to think that she could freeze him to death.[21] Ichigo tries to stop Grimmjow but his arm is pinned to the ground. Shinji Hirako arrives and saves Rukia. He makes note that he hates getting involved in Shinigami fights, but concedes that when one hears the sound of fighting so close by one just can't ignore it. When Grimmjow asks him who he is Shinji tells him it doesn't matter and Grimmjow proceeds to attack him. Having a small discussion with Grimmjow, he is then suddenly attacked by the Espada, who declares his intentions of killing him. Dodging all of the attacks, Shinji realizes how violent Grimmjow is and the fight is destroying everything around them. Thus, Shinji dons his Hollow mask much to Grimmjow's shock as Shinji engages the Espada. Shinji tells Grimmjow that he is sorry but he seems strong so he can't take it easy on him, as he prepares to fire a Cero at the Espada. The blast sends Grimmjow hurtling to the city below. Shinji then tells him that he knows the Espada minimized the damage of the Cero by hitting it with his own. An enraged Grimmjow pulls out his Zanpakutō and begins to release, but Ulquiorra Cifer comes and retrieves Grimmjow before he can do so.[22] Hueco Mundo arcEdit Orihime Inoue restores Grimmjow's arm to demonstrate her powers. Added by SantaTeresaOnce back in Las Noches, Aizen has Orihime Inoue restore Grimmjow's arm as a demonstration of her power. Grimmjow has her bring back his Espada tattoo, as well, and impales Luppi Antenor through the chest with his arm in order to regain his rank once she finishes. He then incinerates Luppi's entire upper body at point blank range.[23] Later, he attends a meeting called by Aizen, who tells the Espada that they are being invaded by Ichigo Kurosaki, Uryū Ishida, and Yasutora Sado. Grimmjow tries to leave but is stopped by Aizen who uses his Reiatsu to force Grimmjow onto the floor. Aizen then orders the Espada to wait for the intruders.[24][25] After learning about Ichigo's defeat by Ulquiorra, Grimmjow breaks into Orihime's room while Loly and Menoly are attacking her.[26] Grimmjow easily beats and knocks out Loly and then kills Menoly with a point-blank Cero, then rips off Loly's leg. Grimmjow reveals that he saved Orihime because of her giving him back his arm. He then demands she help him run an errand.[27] Once they both arrive where Ichigo was defeated, he tells Orihime to heal him.[28] She succeeds in reviving him but Grimmjow insists she heal him fully as he wants to settle their score against each other. Orihime complains but Grimmjow scolds her and tells her to do what she's told, however Ulquiorra appears behind interrupting them.[29] Grimmjow attacks Ulquiorra Added by Arrancar109Ulquiorra questions Grimmjow's reason for being there, and starts walking towards him demanding an answer. Grimmjow smirks, not saying anything. Ulquiorra then asks Grimmjow to hand Orihime over, stating that she is to be in his care. Grimmjow, refusing to hand her over, quickly attacks Ulquiorra, saying how Ulquiorra is afraid to fight him because he thinks Grimmjow would crush him. Using a Cero, Grimmjow blasts Ulquiorra in the air but he deflects the attack. Then, Ulquiorra uses Sonído to appear above Grimmjow and fire his own Cero. Grimmjow blocks it, and the tower explodes. Grimmjow then uses Caja Negación to seal away Ulquiorra. He then demands Orihime to continue healing Ichigo, to which she refuses as she knows he just wishes to hurt him. Ichigo gets up and tells him to let her go as he asks Orihime to continue to heal him and then Grimmjow who had taken damage from Ulquiorra's Cero. As Ichigo wanted them to be able to fight on equal ground.[30] Grimmjow's Gran Rey Cero Added by TinniGimmjow and Ichigo face off against each other.[31] Grimmjow goes to fire a Cero but Ichigo blocks it with his sword and proceeds to use his Getsuga Tenshō but before he can release it Grimmjow throws his Zanpakutō and uses his other hand to fire a Cero which destroys a nearby structure but the two blasts cancel each other out and the two are left unharmed. Then Grimmjow vows to kill Ichigo.[32] Grimmjow retrieves his Zanpakutō and attacks Ichigo as they go toe-to-toe he asks Ichigo what is the true reason he came to Hueco Mundo, noting that if he really came to save Orihime he would have left with her as soon as he saw her. He then explains that the real reason is that he wanted to fight, as at his core he is a Shinigami fighting a Hollow. Grimmjow states its a natural instinct to fight just as it has been for thousands of years. They continue to battle and Grimmjow fires a Cero to which Ichigo counters with a Getsuga Tenshō. His Cero overtakes Ichigo's technique but Ichigo side steps the attack before he is hit. Grimmjow appears behind Ichigo using Sonído, but Ichigo detects him and counters his attack but he still gets cut. Grimmjow lands and places his Zanpakutō in the ground, he then cuts his hand and fires a Gran Rey Cero at Orihime and Nel Tu. Ichigo seeing this dons his Hollow mask and moves in time to block the blast.[33] In response Grimmjow releases his Resurrección, to which he then screams which lets out a Shockwave and then launches himself at Ichigo. He sends Ichigo flying, crashing into multiple structures. He quickly moves and attacks Ichigo with vicious kicks and hitting Ichigo sending him crashing into a large structure below. Ichigo instantly appears behind Grimmjow and uses his Getsuga Tenshō, Grimmjow only starts to laugh maniacally and tells Ichigo how much he hates his "eyes".[34] Ichigo with his Hollow mask fighting Grimmjow in his released state. Added by SantaTeresaGrimmjow goes to strike Ichigo's mask but he grabs his hand and then slashes him with a Getsuga Tenshō enhanced attack slashing Grimmjow across his chest. He then goes on the offensive but Grimmjow counters and their fight continues with great ferocity. Grimmjow fires darts out of his elbow but Ichigo dodges them and then jumps in front of them to protect Orihime from them, he then goes back to face Grimmjow.[35] Ichigo slashes Grimmjow again across the torso and as the Espada falls to his knees he grabs Ichigo's blade with his hands and notes that Ichigo actually thinks he can defeat him.[36] Grimmjow impales him in the stomach with his hand he then proceeds to beat Ichigo relentlessly as he berates him from thinking he was more powerful than him. He then vows to smash Ichigo to pieces as he uses his most powerful technique, Desgarrón.[37] Grimmjow is attacked and incapacitated by Nnoitra. Added by DragonBlade302Ichigo blocks the technique but is forced back; he eventually regains his footing and cuts Grimmjow's technique causing it to shatter to pieces. Ichigo states that he is not the only one who wants to win as he moves to attack him. He cuts through another Desgarrón as he proclaims he will defeat Grimmjow and everyone in his way and leave with his friends. He gets in close and slashes Grimmjow across his torso.[38] Grimmjow rises once more to challenge Ichigo, but his Resurrección dissipates. Grimmjow refuses to lose to Ichigo and moves to attack him but Ichigo grabs his hand and tells him to stop. But Grimmjow won't listen to reason and moves to attack him again, but Nnoitra Gilga blindsides him.[39] Grimmjow calls him a bastard, to which Nnoitra is surprised that he is still alive and proceeds to finish him off, but Ichigo protects him as Grimmjow lies there severely injured.[40] Powers & AbilitiesEditMaster Hand-to-Hand Combatant: He is a very proficient hand-to-hand combatant, possessing considerable masterful skill using it as his primary means of attack. He is equally lethal using punches and kicks as well as being highly unpredictable. His fighting technique is incredibly destructive, using his speed and reflexes to quickly take out his opponents. The first four renditions and their updates were developed by Midway Games and initially released on arcade machines. The arcade titles were later picked up by Acclaim Entertainment for the home console conversions. Beginning with Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Midway Games exclusively created home versions of Mortal Kombat up until Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. Reviewers have stated that because of this the characters are only differentiated by their special moves. In fact, some reviewers have criticized that the "bewildering array" of special moves in comparison to other fighting games has resulted in too little focus on regular moves.[2] The combo system was introduced in Mortal Kombat 3. This allowed players to string together combinations of moves for extra damage. A successful combo would result in showing on-screen the number of hits in the combo and the percent of damage done to the opponent. Beginning in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and until Mortal Kombat: Deception, the characters would have three fighting styles per character: two unarmed styles, and one weapon style.[11] Few exceptions to this arose in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, such as monster-like characters like Onaga and Moloch who would have only one fighting style.[12] Most of the fighting styles featured are based on real martial arts, though a few of them are not.[13] Goro's fighting styles, for example, are designed to take advantage of the fact that he has four arms. More so than other fighting games at the time, Mortal Kombat was famous for re-coloring certain sprites to appear as different characters. This was most prominent with the series' various ninja/assassin characters. Many of the more popular characters were spawned from these palette swaps.[22] In the very first game, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, and Reptile were essentially the same character. The colors of their attire, fighting stance, and special techniques indicated the difference.
