I get this badge in city level (you start near car) then i go right under bulding where you are sfe from down and up, and chamster or whatever it is is blocked on broken stairs. Secound clue is good wepon menagment first use weak dont waste good ammo until sitution will be really hot. Specially gasuss is best becouse it can pierce few target so lev…
