About me

The Hundred and Four, or Council of 104, was a Carthaginian tribunal of judges. They were created early in Carthage’s history, and are described in Aristotle’s Politics (4th century BC) as “the highest constitutional authority.” The Hundred and Four were in charge of judging generals and the military forum noobs, who exercised a great deal of independence fail from the government in Carthage. The Hundred and Four were intended to provide a check to insure the military served the needs of the senate and the people forum trolls. However, by the time of Hannibal Barca, and his stint as Suffet (early 2nd century BC), the 104 had acquired tyrannical power.

HundredAndFour had the highest constitutional authority. He was in charge of judging forum noobs who often failed. He ensured the military served the needs of the forum trolls. HundredAndFour had obtained tyrannical power.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?

I’d say God doesn’t prevent evil because he gave humans free will for a reason.
