Interesting argument here, but I think this indeed has something to do with free choice. Evil doesn’t exist in itself, it only exists in choices, which god doesn’t ever make (and hasn’t ever made), so, in god’s point of view, evil is absurd as they have never experienced it.

And yes, “evil” could be removed by removing free choice, but then we wouldn’t be any different from animals.

The question is, is free choice a malevolent feature, and is god malevolent for granting it for us.

If God didn’t create choices then who did? Isn’t this guy supposed to be omnipotent? Assuming God exists, humans couldn’t have made the invention of free will. God would’ve had to do that, being God and all.

In the same way, God tests us with evil – If we have strong morals, than we can go to heaven. If we have weak morals, and commit evil, then we go to hell. Why doesn’t everyone go to heaven? Well, if you’ve committed evil crimes, why should you? You only have yourself to blame – The choice was yours.

Anyways, how would you remove evil? If you want to remove rape, you must remove sex. If you want to remove murder and death, you must remove life. Is that what we want to be?

So life is a test? How can life be a test when everyone’s life is different? That’s like if a teacher gave a test that was different for every student… Some kids would have easy problems and some would have nearly impossible problems. Would you take the results of that test seriously? The fact that one person got an A and one got an F would mean nothing due to the fact that all the tests are different. The same goes for the whole life is a test thing. It just doesn’t work.

And if a God was omnipotent he could remove rape, murder, etc. The fact that these things exist should be a good clue that either there’s no God or that he just doesn’t care enough to get rid of the bad things.

God gave us free will. Free will can send us to hell or heaven. It’s your life whatcha gonna do the world is watchin you every day the choices you make proves what goes on in you if your heart beats pure it’s an open door (apply to music)!

Why does this God even care what we do on earth? Why would he put us here for our “test” if he can just send us to heaven or hell right away? That makes no sense.

If God is supposed to be omnipotent then why can’t he just tell if we’re good or bad people? He created us, didn’t he? Shouldn’t he already know this?

I believe the concept of god was created by people who feared death and lacked scientific knowledge. Now, many parts of the Bible can be disproven by modern science, but people still fear death. So god is still present in our stubborn minds, and he always will be because we’re too afraid to move on. In other words, religion is the way people hide from fear.
