Oh, I had no idea the ship controls would feel too sensitive... I guess playing and testing it too long made me blind to the problem.
But no worries, we'll adjust the controls and upload a fixed version on monday!
My past me from an hour ago played this and thought it was awesome, although he didn't like the fact that you could only mute music or both music and sounds, not only sounds... Nevertheless 5/5.
I would have loved to play this game, as it seems like an atmospheric game, but after tenth time trying, I gave up. I don't mind the lag, I've use to it with this computer, but for me this is the first time a flash-game constantly (meaning everytime I try to play) crashes the browser. Tried both Opera and Firefox, with the same result. Browser just closes after a minute of gameplay...
I'm no expert, but maybe it's a memory thing; I only have 1gb of RAM with WinXP... I suggest you try to optimize the code a bit more, and check for memory leaks.
I love this game, for the idea and the animations! Quite immersive...
But I have to say, the inability to change weapon (for both Part 1 & 2, I've played both) when reloading is really annoying, and really ruiins the idea and use for the backup weapon (when you run out of ammo in a tight spot, you'd like to switch to the backup weapon, but the automatic reloading prevents it)... I haven't played the second part through yet, so I don't know if there's going to be a third part (I hope so), but if so, I'd like this to be addressed. :)
But nonetheless, thanks for a really great game!
