what is level 15 monipulators it says you came up with it but it is not there

The level 15 minimum manipulator solution was the same as the minimum commands solution (at least up til now!). Nihilisz’ thread also refers to the minimum commands thread for the original CoAE.…

Thanks for the assistance with the time siege one, lead me to find #10 (the other time seige one). I knew it had to be in section 2 (8 per section) and was getting annoyed trying each mode over and over and… Well you get the idea.
