I don't understand the rating system, no matter how good or bad I do, I always get D. No matter how fast I kill everyone, or how little health they take from me, or how good are the combos I make. Since the first wave until being fully upgraded, always D... Very funny game, but I don't understand that. 4/5 for me
A few tips: First, pay a lot of attention to the sounds. Second, use both hands: I prefer the right one for W and D, and the left one for A, S and space. Once you know which means what, and you are familiarized with the enemies, always sprint. This will make the game much easier: Long obstacles won't need perfect timing, and you will advance much faster. Either way, sprinting always it will be completely necesary for the last level, because it's the only way to escape the rider.
When I started playing the game I said "meh, what is this?", and went on. As I started challenging the philosophers and discovering the fallacies, I started to get compenetrated in the game -I always loved discussing theory-, and truth be told, the music, the cinematics, the argumentations, the lines, and the completely epic ending made this one of my favorite games. Congratulations on such a piece of art!
COME ON, after replaying the game 3 times because of the inventory glitch, trying not to have many items at once so they don't get stuck, I get to the end where you have to put the code from the fish in the enimga machine, I put it and NOTHING HAPPENS. Please fix the game, until then 1/5 out of frustration for nothing.
In iron mode it was just too easy... wtf, the bosses can be defeated in just seconds if using the secondary weapon... The bonuses are the only thing alike a good bullet hell... This one isn't really ability-based as Reactance, where even the easiest boss was a pain in the ass.
It is just too easy. I didn't have to make any effort to finish it. It lacks the "hell" part for a bullet hell. Otherwise, an exellent game. But no challenge. I killed the last boss in 3 seconds, and you are almost invincible since you always have a shield.
Exellent game, but it is too easy. If it were challenging enough, if I would sweat and have to squeeze my brain to make the perfect tactic to win, it would be one of my favorite games. I'll be waiting for a more balanced "Hordes and Lords 2"
There is actually no reason to fight battles against other players: They loose almost no troops, you loose almost no troops, there is one hour wait to fight the same enemy again, you don't even leave your city for a second, so you can't be catch defenseless (So there is no reason for teaming up with other people, AKA alliance, you have a same fleet for all your planets, and you even loose action points. To hide this fact *very poorly* you put a reward for attacking other players. Let's say the truth: This was only lazy programming
