Maybe you didn’t overkill the bosses and perfect your songs on pro? Achievement works for me, and I had my progress reset once so it’s worked twice.

If you want to find that boss, do this:
Go to song select and see which song has “purple skull-outline-thingy”. Play that song, you must complete it. Do this 3(?) times and fourth time you should encounter that boss you’re missing.
