Alright, I kinda see where you're going with this, reminds me of Guitar Hero or rock band a little, in the way you have to match the beat/mark. Add some nice graphics and maybe a way you can take on more patients or something.

I honestly didn't see the girl representing drugs. I got the feeling that she represented cutting. Just everything I read went back to it. "lucky you didn't hit any artires" "stuck on his left arm, being right handed would mean you'd probobly put them on your left arm. but yeah...
