Is there a specific question (or series of questions) to ask the Wise Man to end the game, or does it just keep going on once you've reached the Q&A part?
Developer response from mrudi

it's rather just for fun and test the alternative way of dialogues, but you know - it's wiseman - you should question him about anything :-)

While the game is pretty fun (coming from someone who doesn't usually like this sort of game), it just feels disjointed to tack it onto a story about a zombie apocalypse. It might make more sense if the colored squares were supposed to represent troop movements or something, but it comes across more as "silly" than it does "cool" the way things are set up. I like the power-ups, and none of them feel too over-powered (especially since the zombies acquire each of them before you do) and the way the board grows larger as you progress. Finally, my only technical complaint: the "max chain" shows your opponent's largest move, not yours. I had a chain of 14 one time, and the max showed up as 8, which was the largest chain the zombie I massacred managed to create. I give the game a 4/5 for solid design.

Guh, my controls keep locking up during fights, and I end up getting auto-walked into a corner with baddies closing in on me. :(
Play maze maze Oct. 25, 2010
The obstacle lines work just fine, sure... but you can move right through the border lines. While I appreciate that you're probably doing this as an exercise in learning how to make your own games, that doesn't mean you're entitled to publish everything you make to Kongregate. You are not a special snowflake, no matter how much your mother tells you otherwise. Wait until you've made something that YOU'RE PROUD OF before you publish it, and it will make all the difference.

My only real problem with the game was the excessive use of profanity. There's no reason for everything to be "shitty" this and that. Crappy? Fine. I enjoyed the music and the level design was pretty well thought out for the most part. I did run into a bug on the first evening level, where I was actually outrunning the engine drawing the platforms and monsters and thus falling a lot and randomly taking damage from enemies I couldn't see. I say fix that bug, tone down some of the swearing, and add an actual ending to the game and it'd be pretty darn good. Giving 4/5 for design.
Play PixEvo - The Fountain PixEvo - The Fountain Jul. 13, 2010
I don't mind the classic Gameboy-style graphics or music at all (in fact, I think they're a nice touch), and the -idea- behind the game was pretty clever, but the controls are just _bad_. There are too many stand-at-the-edge-of-the-cliff jumps, and if you fall you have to go back a long way just to get there again. It unnecessarily extends the game and frustrates the player.
Play Loved Loved Jun. 29, 2010
I "get it," but I didn't like it. The premise of the game is good and all if you're into that sort of thing, but the game itself is boring. The controls are a little sloppy, the graphics are minimalist even when you obey everything, and when you disobey and everything starts getting painted in random colorful pixels, it can sometimes be difficult to find the narrow platforms towards the end of the game. I don't think this is even close to the same league as "The Company of Myself," as others have been saying. THAT was a game that both made you think AND was loads of fun to play.
