For the piano bonus level, jump at the flag right before the ramp that you die on. For the moon wheelie, use Cycle King and, at the beginning, jump then land on your rear wheel, then balance on that for 10 seconds.

My strategy for the final boss was stacking directly on top of him and spamming lightning, then moving away and avoiding his shots when he started moving (hitting him with laser lock and big laser), and then spammed lightning on top of him again when he stood still, and killed him before I died.

Great game. I think the trick to getting maximum distance is to keep your speed high while slowly descending, then flying back up slightly and repeating.
