Sometimes the Timeout count thing freezes- even if the turtle shells have stopped and my combo ended... Then I can't hit anymore.. And I have to start over...

I have 5 orbs, one's missing, but I think I checked all the planets.. :o Help? Orbs I have: Color planet, Giant Bubbles, Music, Asteroid, and Elements. What do I do now.. I have one glowing orb left though, but I haven't found the portal for it. Is there an orb for Life planet?
