Looks like yesterday’s Kongregate update made the favicon flashing from the PM-notifier permanent, it doesn’t go away after you click into the tab. :[

The best way to get a mod is by using http://www.kongregate.com/accounts/Modfriend/friends to see which mods are online, and then whispering to them in chat (e.g. /w MrSpontaneous I need help in gnarl…
